Procedure for Obtaining a CPI dealership.

The following is a step by step guide which will help you understand the necessary procedures you need to undertake to become a CPI Regional Dealer.

  • Your first step is to visit the Headquarters of CPI International in Minnesota, USA for induction and training. If as a result of your visit you decide not to proceed, we, the Master Dealer will refund 50% of the Airfare and also the full cost of the Hotel for 1 night’s accommodation. This will apply to one person only.
  • If you decide to proceed with the Regional Dealership you will pay 20% of the agreed Dealership fee in GB Pounds (Sterling Draft) made payable to ourselves and given to CPI International in Minnesota. You will also sign our Regional Dealership Agreement. A copy of this will agreement will be sent to you in good time before your trip to the USA so that you can become familiar with its content. The signed Agreement will be sent to ourselves for counter signing. The balance shall be paid in full within 3 weeks of your return to your home country. If you wish to pay the Dealership Cost in instalments then you can arrange to pay a 40% deposit with the remaining 60% due in three equal monthly payments. All costs are plus Vat and are at the current UK rate. Clients from EU member countries outside the UK can become exempt from paying this tax if they are Vat registered and can fulfil the necessary legal procedures.
  • Once the agreed financial arrangements have been completed we will deliver to you your complementary dealer package, which includes all the necessary solutions and equipment to get your business up and running.
